Includes an order for discovery, copies of agreements and Memorandums of Lease, a copy of an advertisement for land, correspondence pertaining to the case, an original agreement between the plaintiff and defendant, a copy of the Hawera and Normanby Star (November 24, 1920) with land advertisements, receipts, and an account book.
