Documents pertain to a case filed by a surveyor (Lysons) and a schoolteacher (Kidson) acting as the Trustees of the will of Herbert Bloomar Curtis, deceased, against a widow (Prujean) regarding the sale of cows. The plaintiffs claim the defendant sold them 15 cows which were actually the legal property of Turkington by way of Security under "The Chattels Transfer Act 1908". The plaintiffs have been obliged to pay Turkington for the cows and now seek compensation from the defendant. Includes a confession of judgment.
