Documents pertain to a case filed by a farmer (Hughes) against the New Plymouth High School Board. The plaintiff claims he leased land from the School Board to which he has made considerable improvements. He believes he has the legal right to a grant for a new lease or payment of the value of the improvements. Includes an affidavit of Oliver Samuel. See also case file #681.
