Description
James Caddy Davies was the brother of William Bolland Davies. He was a member of the Taranaki Mounted Rifle Volunteers and fought in the Taranaki Wars. He worked as an accountant in New Plymouth and was appointed as the auditor for the Borough of New Plymouth in 1879.
