A large blue Come to Life New Plymouth street banner. The banner features multi-coloured designs. " COME TO LIFE / NEW PLYMOUTH " is written in yellow near the top of the banner. The " U " in " PLYMOUTH " is shaped like a cartoon smiling mouth. The flag tapers gradually down from the top.

This street banner was part of the New Plymouth District Council backed " Come to Life " marketing campaign which ran during the 1990s and wound down in 2000. It is thought this is one of a series of banners hung in Devon Street, New Plymouth.
