Photograph album of climbing expeditions in the Southern Alps in January 1950, December 1950 and January 1951 compiled by Keith Gladstone Russell. Contains 63 silver gelatin photographs of mountain ranges, glaciers and members of the climbing parties. The album includes photographs taken during the first ascents of a number of peaks in the Arrowsmith Range. The album also includes newspaper clippings about the climbing expeditions. Each page of photographs is accompanied by a type-written page of descriptions for the images.
