Copy photograph of decorations in Devon Street, New Plymouth for Queen Victoria's Diamond Jubilee. An arch spans across Devon Street, just past the railway crossing, decorated with foliage and banners reading "GOD BLESS THE QUEEN", "VR" and "LONG LIVE THE QUEEN". A group of people are visible on the right hand side of the street and a horse-drawn carriage is visible beyond the arch. The photograph's caption states that it was taken early in the morning.
