Description
View of the Whites Ltd Float for the first Lions Club Christmas Parade. The float features a castle with many turrets. Two women stand in the castle, a third woman, Sue Rogers, stands beside it. The three women are dressed as princesses with long gowns and cone hats. There are crowds of people in the street surrounding the float. The float was designed by Daphne Trask who worked in the Whites Display Department.

This float was designed by my mother, Daphne Trask for Whites Ltd. It was made using polystyrene beads which my father made in a factory at Onaero for insulating piggeries.
