Description
Flood waters spils out in to Devon Street, New Plymouth from the broken front window of Whites Ltd. A large piece of shop furniture is caught in the open shop door, water spills out around it. More furniture inside the shop is visible through the broken window. Part of the text on a sign on the building is visible and reads "WHITES". There is a parking metre in the centre of the composition.
