Description

The two young men wear shirts, waistcoats, jackets, trousers and patterned neck-ties. The man on the left is unidentified, he has a book open in his lap. The man on the right has been identified as Whiro Ratahi. He holds a closed book and clutches his lapel with his other hand. A pendant hangs off a chain attached to Whiro's waistcoat.
