Description
The New Plymouth Caledonian Society's Pipe Band, winners of the Dominion Pipe Band 'B' Grade Contest in March 1948. Most of the men are wearing Highland uniform with two men in suits and one man in the centre of the front row wearing a leopard skin outfit.
