Description
Street artist Eno painting the "Huatoki Tiki" mural on rear of the building occupied by Petit Paris cafe, Huatoki Plaza, central New Plymouth, photographed from the balcony of Cafe Espresso & Wine Bar. Eno is pictured painting the top portion of the building while on a cherry picker. Artist Phil Jones' yellow van is parked on the right of the image. Jones is standing in front of the van next to a ladder. Several people are seated in the plaza watching Eno paint. The mural was jointly commissioned by the Sustainable Transport and Community Development departments of New Plymouth District Council.
