I am one of Dr Wade's grandchildren and he and my Nana Muriel moved in when Dr Home moved with his wife and family to Glen Almond street. They shared the surgery there .My grandfather died in 1950 and his widow Muriel lived until about 1966 at My Edgcumbe street

Doctor Wallace Robert Wade was a brother-in-law of Dr G. Home so possibly took over his house when he had a new one built around 1924. (Glen Almond Estate)

Not sure about this being Dr Wade's house but this was Dr George Home's house at 123 Powderham St (according to Pg26 of his military records)
