Description
Seventeen primary school aged boys arranged in three rows inside a building. There are seven boys standing in the back row, seven seated in the middle row and three boys seated on a fluffy rug on the floor in front. All wear striped rugby jerseys except the boy in the centre of the front row who wears a plain, lighter coloured shirt. All wear long socks and dark shorts. Behind the boys there is a window set into an alcove on the left with a vase of flowers on the sill. Behind the boys on the right is a wall with decorative detailing. The boy standing second from the right in the back row has been identified as John Goodwin, son of Arthur and Agnes Goodwin of Oakura.
