Description
Clifford Percy Allen (1918-1999), a photographer from Inglewood, established Taranaki Spotlight in 1959 - a monthly photographic journal covering a variety of provincial activities and functions, including weddings, 21st birthday parties and sport events. The first issue was published in February 1959 and publication ceased after the 31st issue in September 1961.
