 Description
A small silver New Zealand Cadet District Medal. The silver medal is attached to a ribbon with blue, white and red vertical stripes. There is a simple pin on the reverse of the ribbon. The obverse of the medal features a right facing profile of King George V. " FOR KING AND COUNTRY PUBLIC SCHOOL CADETS N.Z. " is marked around the edge of the profile. " DEFENCE NOT DEFIANCE / CHALLENGE SHIELD / PRIZE / AWARDED TO / Pte A. Jordon / THE TERRACE / WELLINGTON / 1906 " is marked on the reverse.
