Knocker

Description
A metal painted door knocker with a round back plate decorated with crown-like designs, and a small angled tip at each side. (Was green but repainted satin blue 15/7/1988). The contact is openwork with two parallel stems joined to a horseshoe like end, and an angled stem running from the end to the top of the parallel stems. The contact plate is small, round and convexed. Both back and contact plates have door bolts. The name of "A Kenrick & Sons" This knocker may have been repainted as it is no longer blue but black.
