Rag rug
Description
Rag rug. Fabric salvaged from old knit clothing and has been hooked through hessian. As more fabric is worked into the base, the weave is forced to close up and locks the rag into place. The three motifs were worked first, and then the linking strips followed by the outer areas edging. Mainly pink with black and white. Main design circles within a sunburst.
