Description
A New Zealand Long and Efficient Service Medal. The silver medal features an imperial crown with a crossed sword and sceptre on the obverse. " N. Z. " is marked below this design The design is flanked by a wreath of oak leaves and wattle. Four stars, representing the Southern Cross, are spaced in the field. "FOR / LONG SERVICE / AND / GOOD CONDUCT " is marked on the reverse. "CONST. THOS. P. LISTER N. P." is marked on the edge of the medal. It is attached to a plain crimson ribbon with a plain suspension ring.
