Description
A group of people making a large haystack on a farm, possibly the Sanger family farm on Beach Road, Omata. A number of people are standing on the haystack, resting on pitchforks. Several other people are standing at the base of the haystack, also holding pitchforks. On the right a horse is hitched to a hay sweep. A cart pulled by two bullocks is visible on the left. The top of Paritutu can be seen in the background.
