Description
Pilots flying log book belonging to Ronald Reardon. The log book contains information about the type of training undertaken by Reardon, the date and where it was undertaken and a stamp signing off that specific training has been completed. The log starts when Reardon begins his pilot training at the flying training school in Taieri, Dunedin. The final entry in the log is the day of Reardon’s death, 9 February 1944, when his plane was shot down during action with the RNZAF 18th Squadron during World War II.
