Scout Badges designed by Fred Coleman

Description
During the 1950's Fred Coleman assumed responsibility for designing the New Zealand District Scout Badges. These had become more prolific after 1955 (when Scouting transformed from the County era to the Provincial era) as there was a greater need for badge standardisation. Fred also designed many of the early official badges and Scout Jamboree badges.
This is a collection of regional, international and miscellaneous Scout badges designed by Fred Coleman. The collection includes paintings of finished badge designs, photographs of badges in the final stage of design and the embroidered finished product of the badge.
