Pelargopsis capensis. Synonym: Halcyon capensis. Common name: Stork-billed Kingfisher. A blue, brown and white bird. The back, wings and tail are a light blue colour. The head is a dirty brown. The white parts have a orange tinge. The beak is a orange colour. The bird has no eyes and a tag around its leg.
