Description
Coracias abyssinica. Common name: Abyssinian roller. A large-sized bird. It is a light blue colour with brown on the wings and darker blue on the ends of the flight feathers as well as small patch either side by the shoulders. The beak is black with a curved tip. The tail has two long feathers. There is a tag around the leg with the identification.
