Description
Tangara chilensis. Common name: Paradise tanager. It is a small bird with a bright lime green head. The front is a blue, starting with a darker blue and going into a bright light blue. The wings are black. On the rump is a yellow/red patch where most of the feathers are white downy like. Possibly some of the feathers are missing. The beak is open.
