 Description
Excavation at Waitore. Shows a corner of excavation SQ L12 with an anchor stone in situ. There is a measuring rod against one of the walls of the excavation square. The different strata layers in the earth are also visible. The site was located near a small stream between the Pātea and Whenuakura river mouths. NZAA site number Q22/15.
