The crest features a black bull on a gold background at the top, a gold fleur de lis on a black background on the bottom left facing section and a red cross on a white background on the bottom right facing section. " NGAMOTU / NEW PLYMOUTH " is written above the crest. " Auckland 1972 / MEMORABILIA / FROM / MOIRA / BUTLER " is handwritten on the reverse in two different scripts.
