Tube with Parchment

Description
A narrow, round, wooden tube with a long twist off lid (the lid is cracked at one side). It contains a parchment scroll confering the freedom of London, England on one "Edmund Humphries" dated 17/5/1849. The parchment is in poor condition at both ends.
