Shows a procession during the Okato jubilee parade. The procession consists of a man and woman riding in a horse and cart. Behind them are three women on foot. They are dressed in period costume. Crowds of people are watching the procession from either side of the road. Mutlicoloured bunting has been hung from the powerpoles.
