Description
Aerial view of a large cluster of rectangular pits. Image shows the large number of pits dug in complexes on and around a prominent hill. Image is slightly obstructed by plane in lower right corner. Known to the farmer as "the hummocks". Located between Lower Ball Rd and Spence Rd in the Kakaramea area. I NZAA site number Q21/330.
