Description
Aerial shot of an unidentified pā site. Site consists of a large rectangular platform containing at least 21 pits, in four separate clusters. Platform is defended by rectangular ditch and bank. Situated on a clifftop, on the true right bank of the Inaha Stream, across paddock (and stream) from the old Okiawa School, Okaiawa. Best approached from farm track leading from farmhouse to the west (off Ahipaipa Road). NZAA site number Q21/117.
