Description
A French Medal of Recognition (Médaille de Reconnaissance Française). The bronze medal features a half-length female figure wearing a Phrygian cap representing the French Republic. The reverse features a central escutcheon marked "RF" encircled by a garland of roses. "RECONNAISSANCE FRANÇAISE"is marked around it.
