Brochure and covering letter outlining the services provided by Taranaki Manpower Services, an organisation formed as a result of the 'Subaru Manufacturing Plant' closure in January 1988. Formed as a result of the closure of the Subaru manufacturing plant, Waitara. The aim was to find work for the tradesmen and labourers who had not found permanent employment at the time of closure.
