Description
Five children dressed in costume for the Eltham Road Carnival Queen. In the back row are two boys standing on a raised platform, the boy on the right is Hector Leonard Coxhead. In the front row the 'Queen' stands in the centre, and on either side of the 'Queen' stand two girls holding bouquets of flowers.
