Description
A copy photograph of the rear view of a house on the 'Rosanagh' property, Ngaere. The house is pictured near the centre of the image and the cow shed is visible on the right. Fencing can be seen on the cleared land and both logs and tree stumps litter the clearing. A tall stand of trees is visible in the background. The house belonged to Theodore and Ada Taylor, parents of James Chapman-Taylor, and was built in 1886. They named their property 'Rosanagh' after Theodore's father's birthplace, Rosanna, in Ireland.
