Rotokare Domain [renamed Barrett's Domain] is a 36 hectare recreational reserve off Roto Street, New Plymouth.
A copy of a lease between Harry Kendall of Omata and the Crown 'for the land being part of Native Reserve No. 2 Arapepe Grey District Block 8 Paritutu Survey District'. Dated 6 October 1920. Two maps of the leased area.
