 Description
A British Hearing Aids (N.Z) Ltd model 14 vacuum tube hearing aid with a mottled brown bakelite case. " 'UNIVERSAL' / HIGH FREQUENCY / MODEL / 14 / BRITISH HEARING / AIDS / (N.Z) LTD. " is marked on a gold coloured label on the front. " Universal / A / PRODUCT / OF / BRITISH / HEARING AIDS / N.Z. LTD " is also marked on both sides. A paper sticker with " 8 " written on it is fixed to one side. A tape label is stuck on the reverse with illegible writing on it. The earpiece and cord are missing.
