Exterior view of 'Tupare', 487 Mangorei Road, New Plymouth. Viewed from a vantage point above the house. A tennis court is pictured in the foreground. 'Tupare' was designed by Chapman-Taylor in 1932 for Russell and Mary Matthews and their family. Differences in opinion led to Chapman-Taylor leaving the job before the house was completed.
