Are we sure that this the Ship Hotel? It looks different to other images I have seen of the building on Puke Ariki, none of which appear to have a 3 peaked roof. In fact there are several different pictures on Puke Ariki claiming to be the Ships Hotel - but most looking different from each other. It would be good to clarify. Perhaps the roof was re-modelled after it was moved?
