Medallion Commemorative

Description
A small gilt copper medallion. The obverse features a young head and old head left facing profile of Queen Victoria. " QUEEN VICTORIAS 60TH YEAR OF REIGN 1837-1897 " is marked around the profiles. The reverse features a fully rigged ship on the high seas "TO CELEBRATE THE JUBILEE OF OTAGO SETTLEMENT 1898 " is marked around the edge. " March 1848 " is marked immediately below the ship.
