Description
Aerial view of New Plymouth Harbour with four ships docked and several small boats to the upper right of the wharves. The M.V. "Port Wyndham" can be seen at the Moturoa Wharf while at the Newton King Wharf the S.S. "Ceramic" can be seen on the outer west side, S.S. "Titanbank" on the inner west side and M.V. "Kaipara" on the east side. A lighthouse or lantern with a 5th order Fresnel lens can be seen in a domed structure atop the hill at the bottom of the image.
