Description
Wide angle view of Ngamotu beach and wharf. A large white tent is set up on the beach with people sitting and walking along the beach. Horse drawn carriages are shown at the bottom of the photograph and a horse pen is situated on the left edge. The wharf stretches from the centre of the left edge past the centre of the photograph with a small boat approaching it. The passenger ship SS Rotoiti can be seen moored at the end of the wharf before its sailing to Onehunga at 8.30pm that night.
