Oakura Hotel

Description
Exterior view of the Oakura Hotel with a group of people standing outside. There are four men, alll in suits and hats, a younger female and male (standing on box) and three children. There is another female on the extreme left of the photograph standing on the edge of the hotel's verandah. A horse is tethered to a post outside the building and a bike is propped up on the right of the image.
There have been several hotels on the site, the first of which was built and operated by Richard Jury in the 1860s. Butlers Reef Hotel was built in the early 1900s.

There has been three Hotel's on this site. two of them burn to the ground. The Hotel that is there to day was built in the early 1900's.
