Description
A round, black hat made of a stiff synthetic woven fabric. It has a high brim that curves up to the same height as the crown. The brim has a ribbon along the bottom and a bow at the back. The hat has a narrow chin strap. " Patot / Sydney/ by Theo. R. Patterson " is written on a label inside it.
