Description
A crowd of people watching a hot air balloon inflate in Pukekura Park, New Plymouth during the Great Balloon Carnival. The balloon has an advertising banner around it that reads "Suratura D Tea" who sponsored the event, offering free admission to anybody who brought along a wrapper from a pack of their tea. The balloon, nicknamed King Edward VII, was flown by Spanish aeronaut and world record holder Christopher Sebphe.
