Two letters written by Susan Walsh (nee Jeffares) to her grandchildren Chloe Innes aged 5 and Harry Innes aged 4 of Auckland. Susan remembers everyday life as it was for her daughter Carmen in the 1970's and in a second letter, life as she remembered it in her own childhood through the early 1950's.
