 Description
A black velvet Country Women's Institute banner strung on a wooden rod. The banner features a painted scene of Mount Taranaki / Egmont in white and blue, trees in green and red, a house, river and paddocks. Above the mountain is the Country Women's Institute crest in red, yellow and green surmounted by " FRANKLEY " in red. There is a red fringe along the base and a red tassel at each end of the rod.
