A painted fabric gymnastic badge of the New Plymouth branch of the Young Men's Christian Association ( YMCA ). The badge features a large orange " Y " with a blue border on a yellow background. " YMCA / LEADER " is written in yellow on a blue background across the front of the " Y ".
