A silver medallion with the obverse depicting an ocean scene. " NEW PLYMOUTH EXHIBITION OF ART AND INDUSTRIES 1904" is embossed around the edge of this side. The reverse depicts Mount Taranaki / Egmont with Pukekura Park in the foreground. It has a hole drilled near the edge.
