Devon Street ; Courtney and Powderham Streets ; Vivian Street and Leach Street ; Gill and Molesworth Streets ; St Aubyn Street, South Road and Moturoa Road (Breakwater Rd) ; Buller Street, Bulteel and Fulford Streets ; Young Street, Hine Street, Barrett Street, Wallace Place, Liardet Street, Brougham Street, Silver Street and Currie Street ; Pendarves Street, Fillis Street, Gilbert Street ; Egmont and Queen Streets.
Some property owners/occupiers are named, based on this the plans seem to date between 1911 and no later than 1921.
NB Street numbering changed in local directories between 1938 and 1940.
